iPad 9.7″ Retina Display Review and Specifications
Apple has quietly retired the iPad Air 2, replacing it with a new 9.7-inch model called, simply, the “iPad.” (Not iPad 6 or 7… but iPad… just like their first one. – I don’t even remember what generation they are on now*… and neither will the average tablet user.) Regardless… despite setting themselves up for customer confusion in the near future…The new iPad is almost identical to the iPad Air 2 except the new “iPad” comes with an A9 processor. *Its actually the 7th generation 🙂
From the Manufacturer:
“iPad features a beautifully bright Retina display with over 3.1 million pixels for stunning pictures and videos, and is enclosed in a sturdy yet thin aluminum unibody enclosure weighing just one pound for great portability and durability. The Apple-designed A9 chip with 64‑bit desktop-class architecture delivers fast processing and graphics performance for apps and games, while maintaining the same all-day battery life customers have come to expect from iPad.”
